Reorder Checks

Order your checks online

Reorder checks for your checking account at your convenience by calling Service Line Plus at (800) 500-2441. A helpful member services representative from Harland Clarke, our check-printing partner, will assist you. The cost of your printed checks will be charged to your account.

Tip for reordering checks

  • We encourage you to list your name, address and, if you'd like, your phone number.
  • We discourage you from listing information which is not needed (such as Social Security number or date of birth) that could subject you to ID Theft or initiate unauthorized transactions in the general marketplace.

Overdraft Protection Line of Credit

Avoid NSF fees when your checks, debits or ATM/Debit transactions reach your account before payday by signing up for our Overdraft Protection Line of Credit. It's a pre-approved line of credit tied to your checking account; if you don't use it, it costs nothing, because we don't charge an annual fee or application fee. If it's activated by an NSF, then you pay interest on the number of days you use the loan. You must make monthly payments (or make a lump-sum payoff) to keep the loan ready for you, whenever you need it.

Debit Cards

To report a lost or stolen debit card, call 888.817.2002 during Alabama Credit Union's business hours. If the credit union is closed, you should call 833-448-0027 to report your lost or stolen Debit MasterCard®.

In most cases, your Debit MasterCard® will be blocked immediately, thereby preventing any additional charges from posting to your account.

  • Best practice: Make a photocopy of all of the information in your wallet, and keep it in an easily accessible safe place. Be sure to photocopy the backsides of cards — they often contain information for reporting lost or stolen cards or resolving disputed transactions.

Traveling Soon?

If you will be traveling out of state or out of the country, please visit our Travel Notice page to ensure your Debit MasterCard® continues working without interruption.

If you need to add travel plans for a country not listed in the CardValet app please contact us at 888-817-2002.

EnFact Alerts

Alabama Credit Union offers an alert system to help make members aware of when potentially fraudulent activity has taken place on their debit and credit cards. This service can send you a combination of email, text, and phone call communications letting you know that suspicious activity has been spotted on your account.

Once a potentially fraudulent transaction is detected on your card, we will place a temporary block on it, preventing further transactions. You must respond to one of these attempts to reach you with a “fraud” or “no fraud” response for the card block to be lifted.

*If you believe there is fraud on your Alabama Credit Union debit card, please call the EnFact fraud department 1-833-448-0028.

*To verify an EnFact Alert, please call the EnFact fraud department at 1-844-682-4502.
